HOW PEOPLE CAN ELECT (CHOOSE EVERY LAW)
TRANSACTIONAL PROPOSAL FOR THE REAL DEMOCRACY
(PEOPLE RULE)
FRONTIER-MOVEMENT
FOR THE ABOLISHMENT
OF THE OLIGARCHIC CONSTITUTION
(ANTI-CONSTITUTION- ANTI-OLIGARCHIC MOVEMENT)
URGENT CENTRAL AIM OF THE TOTAL REPUBLIC MOVEMENT:
Every nation along with the anti-oligarchic powers (parties, organized groups) will fight for the destruction-crash of the current oligarchic national mechanism smashing deathly his harsh central core.
With the turn over of this system, the organized anti-oligarchic powers create a non permanent transactional government. This government should make at least three basic revolutionary changes
First: Every nation should abolish the current oligarchic constitution (all articles) and replace it with a constitution “direct-working”-REAL DEMOCRACY.
A movement of majority and fight that crashes the oligarchic mechanisms and creates an other form of organized social life.
First direct aim of the republic movement in current circumstances should be the crash- abolishment of the first article of every Constitution which gives the legislative power to the Parliament (consequently people should abolish the Parliament and in place of this article we should put this:
FIRST ARTICLE OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE REAL DEMOCRACY
1.a) DOMINANT is ONLY the Will of the people. This means that:
EVERY law and rule that will stand in the country will be the result of the confirmed expression of Will of the majority.
b. The conformation of the Will of people will happen through the free and equal expression (of all the different opinions) from social Media.
c. The function of all the country and all the smaller organizations inside the country (Municipalities, Unions etc)consist of the conditions -Basics of (direct-working) REAL DEMOCRACY.
The ideological and political movement elected from the lower social layers (not only in our country) and with this SPECIFIC AIM comes from the poor people so as to stop Humankind from the current downfall of the absolute misery - destruction and the creation of a new human society of Freedom, Equal, development for human, of ecology, dominance of people.
(Things that in practice are not only achievable but- as it comes from all of our comments-things that are too easy with main term the crash of oligarchic-criminal mechanisms)

How it really works the current upper oligarchic national level?
PARLIAMENT
For the legislative action exists the Parliament in which very few (51% of the Members of Parliament )vote for every law(and 99% of these laws that are voted the majority of people is against them).
MINISTRIES(government)
b)1) Every Ministry (the Minister along with the bureaucracy ) makes layouts of laws (in order to assist the interests of the few) and he sends them to the oligarchic Parliament in order to be approved from just a few people.
2) Every Ministry aims to implement the oligarchic laws of its responsibility that finally the Parliament elected (this minority).
Consequently, the first revolutionary changes (after the abolishment of the first Article of the Constitution)will aim to these two upper fields of the current oligarchic nation. (Meaning the PARLIAMENT and the MINISTRIES).
THE OTHER FUNDAMENTAL CHANGES THAT SHOULD BE MADE
FOR THE LEGISLATIVE INSTITUTION
Second:
After it will abolish the OLIGARCHIC PARLIAMENT (and the oligarchic constitution and instead of it will make a new mechanism in the center of it will be a new ministry, the Ministry of Confirmation of the Peoples’ Will (or ministry of free will and confirmation of the peoples’ Will) with cross-party consistence (and elected citizens with only duty to supervise the selection of only one Law) and it will work on the procedures of selecting EVERY law from the people, this means that before it will precede the equal expression of all the proposals and after wards it will practice fair scientific polls through which the Will of the majority will be confirmed.

WITH DUTY THE ELECTION OF ONLY ONE LAW.
1) WITH REQUIREMENTS OF SCIENTIFIC POLL. If the requirements and the rules of a scientific poll will be followed like the extent of the sample (1000-2000 citizens), geographical division, division of age etc and if ALL the opinions are expressed ONLY equally (through the same mean, time or place) from all the Media, THEN with the percentage that the majority of 1000-2000 citizens decides, with the same percentage it will be elected if we had a referendum (and all the millions of citizens in the country will take part in the Elections. So in this way, we can have confirmed the Will of the majority of all the citizens in the country and with the preceding crucial equality we can have the equal (free) created Will of the majority.
2) CONSCRIPT legislative Group. This means that those who will vote for a law will be elected through draw. The reason is that when the group is conscript, the random along with restricted time of service and the extent of the group, sets very hard to impossible the chances to have bribery or blackmailing or other exogenic interferences
3) WITH DUTY THE ELECTION OF ONLY ONE LAW. The group should be in a constant refreshment and it’s members should not obtain any power (along with the long stay in the same duty) and less hard-working it will be in comparison with the constant referendum that wicked “propose” some people so as to have the ability, much larger than the current oligarchic Parliament, to select greater amount of laws, (how many legislative groups can we have like this in the same time) and for which reasons for now we will not mention.
Here comes the simple question: (transactional aim for the experts).
What the heck would happen if the 5-7 first parties in the previous elections would give their proposals, about the matter of deficit and debt and the people would decide through honest poll, what they want to happen if before CRUCIALLY their opinion would be expressed equally from the Media?
(This means that before that should come an anti-fascist procedure of the current Media).
It’s sure that this not only would hurt them but they would feel depressed and they will commit suicide as they could not satisfy any more their psychological disturbance which strictly commands them to control others peoples’ lives and like this their lives would have no meaning any more.
The previous proposal is of course expressed in a few words, so as to show how easy and achievable it is to pass the decisions, (power) to the people.
Also we can see indicative some additional things on the previous proposal.
E.g. a) 1 So as to be sure that the Will of the majority of the sample is the same with the Will of the whole society, we could have the next days some confirming polls on the same matter.
Also if the winning proposal comes with a slight difference from the second one and we have also the possibility of statistical error, then we should cancel the procedure and a new one should begin until we have strong majority of the first proposal.
2) And to confirm that totally, we could have the procedure of collecting a specific number of signatures of the people(in a specific time limit)
And if they doubt the results of the poll, the implementation of the law or the decision should be cancelled and they we could have on-line elections.
b) For the suggestion of Laws-Layouts except from the parties (along with the people)
who would be guarantee of democratic institutions but also anti-authoritarian ideological groups that would also have law-producing, “law-suggesting” role (and with internal democratic function) every working person could, if he wants, propose his own law suggestion, having before collected a number of signatures.
FOR THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT

It will make some first basic changes in the construction-consistence and function of the MINISTRIES:
a) Construction-consistence: the ministries would have a large number of sub ministers-counselors (as they large Municipal councils) who would be elected with simple analogical through general elections.
(Democratically, Governmental elections and not of course parliamentary)
b) The function: the function of every ministry would be double.(and totally different from this of the current Oligarchs)
First they should supervise and promote the implementation of the laws-peoples’ Will (as it would be expressed through the procedures of MCPW). They will be executive groups of the Peoples’ decisions and not pimps as nowadays. This means that people would decide which specific law or measure they want, and they will execute (and they will not decide and the people will bow their heads as it happens nowadays.
Second they should propose (as parties with elected counselors in every ministry) Laws-layouts that they will send to the “ MCPW” and the MCPW will start the procedures until people decide which specific law they prefer.(law-layout could propose every citizen if he has before collected a specific number of signatures.)
Summary:
1) Abolishment of the oligarchic constitution and replacement with a constitution of Peoples’ dominance.
2) Creation of a new ministry (Ministry of free Will and Confirmation of Peoples’ Will)
3) Fundamental changes in ministries:
a) In the construction-consistence : more sub-ministers-counselors)
b) In the function: First they will implement the confirmed Will of the people and
Second they will have the right to propose Laws-layouts.
B
After the changes in a central level, whatever kind of measures should be taken(for the economy, the debt, the fundamental changes in the productive relationships, in the education, the environment etc) they should be taken through the new revolutionary, democratic mechanism.
Of course every anti-oligarchic party should have his own complete program for the society.
But every part of this complete program the political party should propose it to the people( through the proposal of laws and rules) and the final judge would be people.
The arrangement of the details in the function of the above institutional mechanism is very simple.
(What we have to do is only to crash the current oligarchic national mechanism of criminals)
Of course one of the first things that should also happen is the establishment of the Democratic function and all the other smaller Groups in the society as the political parties, the Municipalities, the Associations, the Unions, other Organizations etc.
And the democratic function means that the power of the crucial decisions belongs to all members of collectivity but although the executive and inspectorate power consists of a few members, part-fragment of this collectivity, members who will be elected, ordered and controlled from the decisions of all the collectivity)
PS In some of the following videos, we will try to show the proposals that the “direct-democratic” function is achievable in every social collectivity (MUNICIPALITIES, executive groups, working unions, etc along with the list of the conditions for the anti-oligarchic function in every collectivity.
